If your rental vehicle experiences a loss of range and begins to shut down, or shows a dash alert about limiting power, please safely pull over immediately and turn on your hazard lights. It is best to use the side of the road to get off the freeway if you can. If you are far from an exit, pull over to the side, turn on the hazard lights, and remain inside the vehicle if safe to do so.
Immediately reach out to your Tesloop Concierge through call or text at the number listed on your Rental Itinerary. This is also the number that texted you at the beginning of your rental period. After you describe the issue to the Tesloop Concierge, they will advise you on any next steps.
You may be asked to stay with the vehicle for up to 45 minutes.
If the loss of range is the result of the renter neglecting a mid-trip charge stop, Tesloop will dispatch a tow truck and may ask you to stay with the vehicle while it is towed and charged.
