If your rental request is accepted, you will receive a call, email, or both. During the call your Tesloop Concierge will go over some of our policies and explain the two (2) emails you will be receiving.
Email 1: The Vehicle Use Agreement
- This is a secure e-signature email that you'll receive from Tesloop through HelloSign (our secure third party contract agreement provider).
Email 2: Terms & Conditions and Payment
- Reiterating some of our terms, conditions, and policies. After accepting those, you'll be able to pay for your rental.
Complete these steps in the next 24 hours to confirm your reservation. If you do not complete these steps in 24 hours, you risk losing the hold we've placed for the date and time you requested. We will offer the spot to the next renter request on our waitlist.
If your rental pick up time is within the next 24 hours, you will have until the end of our business day at 5pm PT to complete all steps.
