Our Security Deposit is $300.00. A hold will be placed on the card you provided at booking starting 24 hours before your rental. If the card is declined and you do not provide another card for the deposit, you will not be able to rent the vehicle. A Tesloop Concierge will get in contact with you for additional payment details. If you would like to use a separate card, please let us know.
If you are a driver with an international driver’s license and we approve your rental request, your Security Deposit will be $1,500.00 and will be put on hold starting 24 hours before your rental. You will also be required to purchase third party rental insurance here if you don’t have it from your primary car insurance provider.
The Security Deposit hold will be released and refunded within 3-10 business days of a rental with no damage that is outside the limits of what is considered normal wear and tear.
Shuttle Credits, Carmiq Credits, and any other form of credit, discount or coupons may not be applied to the Security Deposit.
