Your Tesloop Concierge will send you a text 24 hours before your trip welcoming you and reminding you about the Security Deposit hold.
The vehicle will be charged to a conservative rated range that will allow you to safely travel the distance to the mid trip supercharging location or even all the way to the drop off. The mid trip supercharge will be communicated to you on the day of your trip.
About an hour before your rental, another welcoming text will be sent to you letting you know the name of the Tesloop Valet you’ll be meeting at the pick up location. If any changes such as the vehicle color and license plate will communicated at this time.
You will meet a Tesloop Valet who will ask for your driver’s license, take a picture of it and confirm your identity. The vehicle will already have been inspected and pictures of the vehicle will be taken before you arrive. You will have the opportunity to look through the pictures that were taken of the vehicle, take more if needed and sign off on the status of the vehicle.
In some cases, such as being a returning renter, you may do a remote pick up. In this case, the vehicle will be prepared for you normally, but you will only interact with your remote Tesloop Concierge. They will unlock the vehicle for you remotely and answer any questions that you may have.
If it’s your first trip, you will be given a brief orientation that will explain the features of the vehicle and how the service works. If you are a returning renter or have a Tesla of your own, you can elect to skip the orientation and get on the road quicker.
The mid trip Tesla Supercharging location may already be inputted into the navigation.
